LEAD PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Kinvr Digital, have partnered with a growing health-tech business, to hire a Lead Product Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will bring experience in launching both large-scale enterprise B2B products and have start-up/scale-up experience.
The Role
As the Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will report to the VP of Global Marketing and drive the product marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of products.
Develop product positioning, messaging, and pricing for hardware, data, and API solutions.
Influence product and commercial strategy through relevant insights and market acumen.
Equip sales and customer success teams with effective messaging to help customers understand the product and ensure product teams understand customer needs.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing launch strategies, including rollout sequencing, creative asset development, and communication goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of go-to-market plans.
Establish strong relationships with product and business partners to align on objectives and plans.
Organise and manage operations for multiple workstreams, deadlines, and meetings for cross-functional teams.
Your Skills and Experience
Education: Ideally, a BA/BS degree.
Experience: 8-10+ years in product and marketing roles, with a focus on launching and growing technical products, including software development kits (SDKs) and/or hardware.
Versatility: Experience in both enterprise-level software and start-up environments.
Global Perspective: Product marketing experience with global and regional teams.
Communication: Proficiency in managing communication with internal and external audiences.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
HealthTech/MedTech: Experience with health/hospital systems and MedTech device companies is a plus.
