Kinvr Digital, has partnered with a growing health-tech business, to hire a Lead Product Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about developing innovative health tech products that significantly impact customer lives. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that align with the company’s vision and strategy.
The Role
Customer Insights: Gain an in-depth understanding of the customer journey, identify and address product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to enhance market share and improve customer experience.
Vision Alignment: Secure buy-in for the product vision from both internal stakeholders and key external partners
Strategic Development: Develop comprehensive product pricing and positioning strategies.
Requirements Translation: Convert product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Prioritisation: Scope and prioritise activities based on their business and customer impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resource utilisation.
Product Launch: Drive product launches, coordinating with public relations, executives, and other product management team members.
Promotional Evaluation: Assess promotional plans to ensure they align with the product line strategy and convey the intended message effectively.
Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Your skills and experience
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in product management, with a successful track record of managing all aspects of a product roadmap throughout its lifecycle.
Strategic Development: Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Technical Background: Solid technical understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Background: MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field is preferred

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000
