Kinvr, has partnered with an established leader in high-end housewares design and innovation, that is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager for its UK office, located in the scenic Reading, Berkshire region.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire Amazon experience for the company, including managing merchandising strategies, optimising the website, enhancing user experience, and collaborating closely with the Global Amazon Manager to develop and execute a robust direct-to-consumer strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously develop and implement innovative strategies to elevate the company’s profile and expand its business on Amazon UK/EU.
Craft and execute effective paid and organic search optimisation strategies.
Launch creative marketing campaigns.
Develop comprehensive merchandising plans for product launches and promotions.
Analyse weekly sales data to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Fulfilment Operations on key projects, ensuring full compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners and buyers.
Ensure consistent and appealing presentation on Amazon sites.
Serve as the main point of contact for all Amazon-related matters.
Negotiate quotes and business terms.
Your skills and experience
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to recognise both success and areas for improvement, taking appropriate corrective actions.
Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with a deep understanding of UK/EU customer behaviour.
Passionate about e-commerce with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Familiarity with Amazon advertising and sales forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2:1.
Fluency in an additional European language is preferred, particularly German.
